Beyond plastics processing
Ercé Médical is a recognised player in its various fields of expertise. Since 2015, we have been compiling all the skills, resources and know-how necessary for our medical business line on our site in Oyonnax: plastic injection, finishing, development, innovation and more.
Plastic injection
Our production facility boasts some 1500 m2 of ISO 7 and ISO 8 controlled-environment cleanrooms, as well as a storage area for our raw materials, components, packaging, and semi-finished or finished products.
The site comprises more than twenty 35 T to 260 T injection moulding machines (hybrid, electric or hydraulic), equipped with robots. All of the machinery is software-controlled, which ensures the real-time monitoring of such critical data as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). All of our resources are planned using ERP software.
Finishings
We are skilled in several finishing technologies: assembly, welding, marking (screen printing and ink jet), and machining.
Development
In constant contact with our customers, our development team can successfully carry out all of your projects, helping you turn your ideas into reality.
All our projects are managed by a Project Manager who works with a multidisciplinary team from several departments, notably Design, Industrial Methods, Testing, Quality Development, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics and Sales.
A four-phase process comprising milestones is deployed to ensure the success of the projects.
